After spending more than 15 years in DC I still have a northeast accent, and still find that certain words will tongue-tie me. I can't tell you which ones, but it's funny when it happens.

Your accent could either be Inland Northern (Chicago, Detroit, Cleveland, Buffalo) or the more broadcasting-friendly Upstate NY/Western New England accent. I took the test and it said i have a Northern New England accent.
Odd, because i was born in Mississippi, raised in California, and lived the last ten years in the Southeast!
It pegged me exactly right. My result was Mid-Atlantic. "You have the accent of Philadelphia, South Jersey and Baltimore."
It gave me midland, or neutral. Surprising since I use words you commonly find in Texas.
