TIM TEBOW TOLD TO 'SHUT THE F*CK UP' AFTER REQUESTING PLAYERS JOIN HIM IN COMBINE TEST PRAYER

Pro Football Talk reports that at least one player at the Scouting Combine didn't take kindly to Tim Tebow's request that players say a prayer before taking a test:
"We're told that Tebow already has gotten a taste of the resistance he might face at the next level. At the Scouting Combine, the Wonderlic exam is administered to players in groups. The 12-minute test is preceded by some brief instructions and comments from the person administering the test. Per a league source, after the person administering the test to Tebow's group had finished, Tebow made a request that the players bow their heads in prayer before taking the 50-question exam. Said one of the other players in response: 'Shut the f--k up.' Others players in the room then laughed."

  2. haha! This story just completely made my day!

These arrogant christians just assume that people are going to follow and respect their beliefs.

Look, i respect his beliefs, but DO NOT force me to pray with you!

  3. I don't think I'd pray with him either--actually, i KNOW I wouldn't--but to tell him to STFU because he asks you to join in prayer is really disgusting.
How about just saying No Thanks?

  4. The disgusting part comes with someone trying to force their religion on you... The STFU is just an obligation of equality. I woulda said it myself..

  5. Does anyone know who administered the STFU? Please find out: I want to offer my hand and possibly my body in thanks. LOL

  8. My first instinct is to agree with Bob and say that telling him to STFU is way extreme and mean, but, when I think about it, most of the shit that comes out of these fundamentalist's mouths is pretty disgusting and all about telling folks they're going to hell... So.. I do believe a STFU is a pretty appropriate response.

  9. It was me. They heard me all the way from PA. Unfortunately, Tebrow did not, because his head is stuck so far up his ass, he can only hear the wind rattling around his empty skull, every time he farts.

Well, that was rather juvenile of me, wasn't it? I meant every word of it, of course.

  12. I dont see anything wrong with prayer.

i was raised a christian. i still consider myself a christian. i dont do all the necessary christian like things. so maybei shoudl say i belevie in God.

the STFU was not called for. if you dont wanna pray, just decline or say 'thanks timmy, but out of respect give those a moment to leave the room who dont wish to partake'.

he was forcing. if read correctly, he asked people to join him. funny how these guys diss him, but if they get hurt on the field, etc they will be the first ones screaming ' god help me' or 'with the team's prayer my recovery was possible.'
