PASSENGER PICK UP: BILL IN EXILE

When you log into Bill In Exile you never know what you're going to see or read and this is a good thing. The blog is actually written by Scott, Bill's friend, who started the blog. Scott is a New Yorker now living in Seattle and Bill is his oldest friend who just finished serving an almost 7 year prison sentence for selling meth.

Bill in Exile originally contained letters written between Bill and Scott while Bill was in prison as well as a bunch of other shit but Bill has, as of late, opted out of contributing and Scott has just been too lazy to change the name of the blog. (Scott's words, not mine.)

These days, you'll get strongly opinionated political commentary, a history lesson on the military (Scott served in the Marines), remembrances of his life as a gay man in NYC during the 80's and 90's, and more and lots of porn. I've been a reader for almost two years now and Scott always satisfies.

Yes, and it also regularly includes some very nice eye-candy too.

I was just getting used to not having to spend money on gas, being last month's passenger :(

Will definitely check it out though... I kept the seat warm for you, Scott

While I liked many of the things he posted because they rarely appeared elsewhere, I found his worship of the military off-putting. And he is very abusive to people who do not agree with him. (And, yes, I was occasionally the target of that abuse.) So I stop reading Bill in Exile. I have found other sites I like better for politics, especially thinkprogress.org. And porn is everywhere on the internet. So is abuse, but I don't have to subscribe to it...even if it's free.
