Marcel Vigneron, the molecular gastronomist who was a runner-up in season two of Top Chef, returns to television tonight with a new series on SyFy at 10 pm. It should be interesting as the show follows his catering business and showcases molecular gastronomy (a sort-of chemical way of cooking food.)

Ugh - I can't stand that little shit. He was just as obnoxious on Top Chef Masters and thankfully got booted off.
I really don't know how I feel about this whole "molecular gastronomy" shit.
