I MADE IT

I guess I'm just too tired to get worked up into a hurricane. I never thought that they'd use Sean as one of the names for Tropical Storms or Hurricanes and if they did, there'd never be enough storms to reach my name. Wrong on both counts. After spending the first 20 years of my life never meeting/hearing of another Sean and always having it pronounced as seen, I find this very cool.

  1. Oh, I'll bet you could be a wild and crazy tropical storm - with the right guy! :-)

  2. So I'm NOT the only Sean that's been called "Seen,,,"

It is kind of neat that people will be excited about our coming, though :-)

Anyways, my brother has the same name, but spelled Shawn.

And I'm assuming you could have caused some drama. Right?

  5. OK, but according to the screen shot, you look like a hot water bladder.

I guess you'll just have to take it as it comes.

  11. Where I grew up in Great Falls, Montana, we had lots of guys with your name. Only they were all Shawns.

When I was 16, I met this guy Sean. He was new to the city, tall, curly hair, goofy. We hit it off right away!

Then, mid-year, this short, curly-haired, quiet guy named Sean also moved into my home town.

TWO! And for the life of me, for three weeks, I thought the name was pronounced "See-un."
