  1. DEATH AND DYING
    1. How would you like to die? How don't you want to die?

Die of old age with my mind intact and aware of my passing. I have so many questions that can only be answered at that final moment.

I do not want to die from hatred.

    2. Do you want to go before or after your spouse?

If I could be selfish, I'd go first; however, my husband has already told me that he doesn't think he'd survive my passing. So, he can go first and I'll live to tell the grandkids about their wonderful GrandDaddy.

    3. Have you planned your wake or funeral?

No wake, no funeral. A simple reception with food, music and drink (lots of drink).

    4. How do you want your body laid to rest?

Cremation. I have a recurring nightmare about being buried alive but unable to tell anyone.

    5. What do you think happens to you after you die?

Not what I was taught in Bible school, that's for sure. Energy, matter and thought are one (I feel) and through death we transition back to the universe to be re-made into something else - stars, water, insects, etc. Our consciousness remains to combine with the greater consciousness of the universe. What is known is never forgotten.

    Bonus
If you died today but could be frozen and brought back in 100 years, would you?

No. Though I wouldn't mind a peak into the future to see how my boys turned out.

    3. Have you planned your wake or funeral?

No one can wear black and it must be a big party.

    4. How do you want your body laid to rest?

Already arranged for a green burial.

    5. What do you think happens to you after you die?

    Nothing

    Bonus
If you died today but could be frozen and brought back in 100 years, would you?

Absolutely (if I could afford it)

How would you like to die - in my sleep

How don't you want to die? - drowning

Do you want to go before or after your spouse? - after; somebody gotta look after the cats!

Have you planned your wake or funeral? - nah; too busy living! I do have a will though.

How do you want your body laid to rest? - cremate me and scatter me at the beach!

What do you think happens to you after you die? - who knows and who cares; YOU'RE DEAD!

If you died today but could be frozen and brought back in 100 years, would you? - hell no; it's bad enough to live on earth once!

  4. 1. How would you like to die? Comfortably in my sleep as a result of old age.
How don't you want to die? Of ALS where my brain is unaffected and my body wastes away.
    2. Do you want to go before or after your spouse? N/A
    3. Have you planned your wake or funeral? No funeral, but rather a day of celebration as those I love scatter my ashes in multiple locations I have requested, while remembering our good memories.
    4. How do you want your body laid to rest? Cremated, with my ashes scattered in multiple places including my beloved farm, my family cemetery with a carved stone for genealogical reasons, and some other favorite places.
    5. What do you think happens to you after you die? I don't think there is any kind of afterlife. The only way we continue is in the memories of the living.

    Bonus
If you died today but could be frozen and brought back in 100 years, would you? Yes, in order to see my descendants, and the growth of technology, which has such promise. The negative in coming back I fear is seeing what has happened to our earth from man's impact and political maladies and war.
